At JK Products (Pty) Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure that the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original JK Products tags attached before placing it in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
