We strive to deliver your fashion finds as quickly as possible. Standard shipping within South Africa typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Portal to start the process.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our chart, as sizing can vary between specific garment styles and fits.
Which payment methods do you accept?
JK Products (Pty) Ltd accepts a variety of secure payment methods including PayFast, Peach Payments, major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Instant EFT.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
